Its f*$cking Wesley from Mr. Belvedere. If you can block out the awful facial hair with a couple fingers...yup, thats him. Good ol' Wesley Owens. He always was so bad to Lynn (Mr.) Belvedere. Speaking of, that may have been the first time I truly got comfortable with a man having a woman's name. Now is a good time for a shout out to Rest In Peace, Christoper Hewett.
